Walk and talk therapy

Walk and talk therapy offers a gentle alternative to traditional indoor counselling by combining the therapeutic benefits of conversation with the calming effects of nature. Walking side by side in a peaceful outdoor setting can help you feel more relaxed, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety and support emotional regulation.

Being in nature can also improve mood, increase clarity of thought and help you feel more grounded and present. For some people, moving while talking can make it easier to open up and express thoughts and feelings that may feel harder to access in a traditional room setting.

Sessions are tailored to your pace and comfort, providing a safe, confidential and supportive space to reflect, heal and move forward.

Equine assisted counselling

Equine assisted counselling combines the therapeutic process with guided interactions alongside horses. Horses are naturally intuitive and respond to human emotions in a gentle, non-judgemental way.

Working alongside horses in therapy can help build confidence, improve communication, develop trust and support emotional regulation.

No horse riding is involved. Sessions take place on the ground and are tailored to your individual needs, providing you the unique opportunity to explore thoughts, feelings and personal growth in partnership with these remarkable animals.

Supporting mind and body

Mind and body work together

Our emotional and physical wellbeing are deeply connected. Stress, anxiety, grief and the pressures of everyday life can affect how we think and feel, and how we experience our bodies.

Combining counselling and cranial therapy is a compassionate way of supporting both, recognising that mind and body are not separate but work together as part of the whole person.

Cranial therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that encourages relaxation, releases tension and helps calm the nervous system.
